Karen E. Lee
Certified Public Accountant
Karen was born and raised in South Florida. She attended Florida International University where she obtained her Bachelors in Accounting and her Masters in Accounting. Karen also passed all 4 parts of the CPA exam on her first attempt in 1998. During that time, she worked as the lead accountant in the private sector of a Miami based company that serviced all of Florida. She decided to obtain her Certified Fraud Examiners license (ACFE) and her Certified Money Laundering License (CAMS) in 2008. Those additional licenses along with her CPA license led her into the world of public accounting where she obtained an array of experience in dealing with clients from many different accounting and tax situations. This experience included small businesses, non profit organizations, trusts, property management associations and court ordered receiverships. In the meantime, gaining a great understanding of how to work with the IRS on a multitude of issues for her clients. Karen continues to develop her skills by continually attending IRS and other conferences to enhance her knowledge to the benefit of her clients. She enjoys what she does and feels that her clients success is also her success.
